The Crazy Ones (Thursdays at 9 PM)
It’s Robin Williams, everybody. He’s back on TV playing an advertising genius — kind of like a goofy Don Draper. Sarah Michelle Gellar is his daughter/business partner in this David E. Kelley non-lawyer show. It’s weird to see current Mad Men cast member James Wolk employed here, but at least here he seems to be getting the attention from the partners that he so desperately craves on MM. This first preview felt like a big commercial for McDonald’s (not sure that they could have mentioned the franchise more frequently) and didn’t exactly make us laugh. Still, it was more subdued than we’d have expected from Williams, and maybe we’re being swayed by the guest appearance of the lovely Kelly Clarkson, but we’re oddly curious to see more.Read more: Fall TV 2013: CBS Upfront Preview

Hey, how much did you like BMO’s song in “SHH!” last night? The one the bikini babes dug so much? The song is by the band LAKE. You probably recognized the voice of Ashley Eriksson from the show’s closing theme, “Island Song” (which you don’t really hear on TV because of the blahblahblah).
